Q. How do you know what was in the shopping cart?

A. We leverage your online analytics/behavioral targeting technologies and/or your e-commerce solution. You simply send us a daily recipient file for those you want us to communicate with.

Q. How do you pull/put the shopping cart content/images on a direct mail piece? And, can you put other related/similar content to go along with it/them?

A. Integrato's dynamic content management solution can store any/all of your print-quality product content (images/graphics/logos/text/etc.) and, any/all rules associated with; when, where and how to position on individual print pieces. Each recipient record (shopping cart abandonment) you send us, must contain a physical mailing address for the recipient, along with information about what they had in their cart (SKUs/Product IDs/other), and/or enough data that we can leverage to drive the business rules for the dynamic content delivery.

Q. Where do the physical mailing addresses come from?

A. Just as we need to rely on your technology for what was in the shopping cart, we will need to rely on your systems for this information as well. More than likely, you will only be able to do this for people that have made purchases in the past. But, to help ensure a good response rate and ROI, you only want to target certain people and/or certain behaviors anyway - not every abandoned cart.

Q. Can a customer opt out of a mailing?

A. We only send dynamic direct mail when you transmit a file instructing us to do so. Consequently, there is no need/function to do so with us.
