Q. How does this solution/service work?
A. First, we need a dynamic direct mail piece designed to provide relevance and personalization, based on an individual event/transaction/behavior. (We can help you with this part, if you need it.) We store your design along with all of the digital assets (content - pictures, graphics, logos, text, etc.) and the rules that drive them, in our content and campaign management solution. As data is transmitted to us, we automatically and immediately process all of the individual records against the rules for that particular direct mail piece. Then, our system automatically batches the individual jobs for printing and mailing the next business day.

Q. What about creative design? Who designs the direct mail pieces that go out?
A. You can provide the creative elements (digital assets) or our Creative Services team can help you design an appropriate and impactful piece.
Q. What is a "digital asset"?
A. Digital assets are the print-quality creative elements (text, graphics, images/pictures, logos, etc.) that we store in our systems, enabling us to automatically and dynamically select to print on an individual piece.
Q. Who does the actual printing and mailing and how do I know when our mail goes out?
A. We have our own state-of-the-art print production and pre-sort mail facility in Phoenix, Arizona, that prints and mail countless pieces throughout the day. We provide you with an easy-to-use browser interface to check the status of your print-and-mail 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The only exception to mailing the next business day is when the US Post Office is closed for holidays.
Next day print and mail is not something we offer as a "special service" - It IS our service. Asking us to NOT print and mail the next day would be considered a "special service."
Q. Why should I use Integrato vs. the printer I've been using for years?
A. First, Integrato is not a "printer"; printing is simply a consequence of what we do. Most printers are not equipped for, nor do they want, the small runs we can handle. Also, since we're a dynamic direct mail solution provider, not a printer, our solutions enable you to automatically and dynamically send an individually relevant and personalized direct mail piece to any ONE person that produced an event/transaction today. In today, out tomorrow. That's one-to-one, right now!
Q. Do I need to hire tech people to work with you? Will this be a big tech project?
A. Absolutely not! There is no software to purchase or install. All we need to send mail is a list of recipients and their addresses, just like any other mail piece. We can even send to as little as one person at a time. If you want more sophisticated and relevant dynamic direct mail, you will simply need to provide appropriate data elements along with the recipient addresses. Here's an example of a data file needed from a car dealer:

Q. Do you only print and mail postcards?
A. No, but we only print "self-mailers." In other words, we don't use/stuff envelopes. We provide a variety of standard "flat" postcard formats (shapes and sizes), as well as a variety of "folded' formats, and we're happy to create custom shapes/sizes to meet your specific needs.
Q. Are there daily or monthly minimums?
A. No.
Q. How much does your software and software support cost?
A. ZERO. We don't charge for software or software support. We only charge you for printing and mailing for each piece that goes out the door.
Q. How do you charge for your service and how much does each direct mail piece cost?
A. Just like any printing and mailing you might do, price is partially determined by volume. Although your daily or weekly volumes may be small, your individual direct mail piece prices will be based on a commitment to volume over time. We can simply bill you at the end of each month for the various pieces that go out the door or you can pre-pay for a volume discount.
On a per piece cost, prices (including customized printing and postage) typically range from $0.68 to $1.85.
Since each and every piece can be automatically triggered, dynamically created, printed and mailed the next business day, we bundle all of the costs and service into each and every piece. Therefore, there are no additional charges and you know exactly what your costs are for each and every piece, enabling you to more easily determine your ROI.

Q. Are there any other charges for software or service in addition to the costs for printing and mailing of each piece?
A. The only other fees you might incur is if you ask us for creative design and/or custom print template development; which are both billable at $100 per hour.
