Q. Should we send an offline communication for ALL email bounce backs?

A. Possibly, but it truly depends on your business. Here are some questions you need to ask yourself: How important is email marketing/communications to your business? How valuable are these customers that you might lose and how much value do you place on retaining a strong email list of customers? Of those that bounced, are they all worth a $1.00 investment? (average cost for an Integrato delivered, personalized direct mail piece)?

Q. Will it work with my email solution/service provider?

A. Absolutely. We provide a variety of automated integration methods, and have integrated with some of the leading email solution/service providers. Even if we don't have a current integration with your solution/service provider, we can provide you with a browser interface where you can upload your list.

Q. What kind of "list" do we need to provide and what information needs to be on the list?

A. All we need is a CSV file; which can be transferred to us any number of ways, including email. What needs to be on the list depends on how sophisticated, relevant and personal you want to be with your direct mail piece. If it's more or less the same message to everyone, all we need is their name and physical mailing address.

Q. How do you get their physical mailing addresses?

A. If your email solution/service provider does not retain/provide physical address attributes within their marketing database, you will need to query one of your other systems for that information
