Problem: With the increasing number of pharmaceutical industry representatives competing for a physician's time and attention, the need arose to enhance the effectiveness and quality of their existing event invitations.
Objective: The primary objective was to increase attendance at medical education events. However, it was also imperative that we increase the representatives' time spent in the field with physicians, by reducing the time previously used to create, order, print and mail invitations.
Solution: AmazingMail developed an internal web-based direct mail solution to empower the pharmaceutical sales representatives to generate invitations, reminders and thank you cards for medical events going on daily throughout the country. This enables representatives to order any quantity of personalized invitations, from anywhere they can access the internet, including from their wireless tablets while working in the field.

Automated Thank You Cards
Problem: Mercedes-Benz of Westwood wanted to develop a best-in-class prospect appreciation program that would automatically generate an individualized thank you card for each potential car buyer that stopped into the dealership in person or visited their website.
The technology to print personalized thank you cards with the customer's name and address has been available for years, but Mercedes-Benz of Westwood wanted to take their program to the next level by providing follow-up mailings that were both personalized AND relevant to the customer's planned purchase. Specifically, they wanted to include a photo and contact information of the sales person that assisted them on their visit, a photo of the sales manager, a special offer or promotion coupon, and a photo of the exact make and model of the car they are interested in buying.
In addition to containing personalized information and images, the cards must be printed and mailed to customer the very next day, while the visit to the dealership or website is still fresh in the buyer's mind. This meant the solution must allow for production of any number of cards on a daily basis, not batch printing weeks, or even a month later, like many dealers do.
Objective: To provide amazing customer service through automated thank you cards that address each potential car buyers' specific interests and needs.
Solution: Integrato's autograted solution was implemented to facilitate the automation of the program. Every evening, Mercedes-Benz of Westwood transmits buyer profile data to the Integrato Campaign Control Center. Integrato's solution automatically processes the data, and merges it with the direct mail resources (print templates, images, graphics and text) stored in the system, to dynamically create and print a unique post card for each car buyer based on their individual profile and purchase plans.
The system provides both the flexibility and dynamic processing capabilities needed to produce the cards with no manual data input or system manipulation. All possible combinations of car models, sales people and coupons are automatically and dynamically selected and compiled to create each personalized thank you card. The system is also capable of selecting photos of the exact color of the car the buyer is interested in buying. A super efficient process supported by a U.S patent, ensures that Mercedes-Benz of Westwood's postcards are produced and in the mail system the very next day.
Bonus: This client was particularly pleased with the relevancy added to the program. The Welcome Bonus Program
Problem: The Welcome Bonus Program is a rewards program that allows participating food service manufacturers to provide purchase incentives in order to increase product line sales. Program participants collect rewards stickers from packages of foods they purchase from the participating vendors. Participants then enter and/or scan the reward codes into the program website to validate and track their participation. Then, when sufficient points are accrued, the member is mailed an award postcard with the logos of vendors from whom they specifically purchased products from, along with corresponding reward codes, enabling them to redeem points for prizes.
Objective: To track participants' earned program points and print individualized award postcards with an automated solution that is simple, accurate, efficient and seamless.
